Can't start Mixbus!
#1
Hey everyone, after fighting a few driver issues (Mixbus 32-7 seemed to hate my Presonus 1810C being clocked by the ADAT extension... another issue) all of a sudden whenever I try to start Mixbus I get:

"Could not initialize Mixbus32C (likely due to corrupt config files).

Run Mixbus32C from a commandline for more information."

I've tried reinstalling Mixbus, the 1810C driver ... you name it. Same message. I haven't done the commandline thing, because it's ages since I did anything like that and I'll have to put my propellor hat back on, but in the meantime ... any ideas?

Thanks, Bag.

Windows 10 64 Bit SSD Drives, 16GB Ram, I7 four core CPU.

You might consider trashing the preferences and starting from factory install

Make sure you backup. If not sure contact support: mixbus@harrisonconsoles.com

No, apologies ... I'm so used to preferences being solely a Mac fix. I've had a look now and I'll try a few things. Thanks again.

So trashing the preferences fixed almost everything ... thanks again, Dingo. Only problem is my Waves plugins aren't "licensed". I'll try a different thread for that.

Cheers!
