Hi,
I've just purchased a license and it's not being recognized; the text file is in my home folder, and I've tried copypasta but the 'apply' button remains greyed out.

Is it a license for Mixbus or for a Harrison plugin?
Most likely scenario is that you're running MB32C but maybe it's only a license for regular Mixbus. Either way, you should contact Harrison directly. I don't think they monitor the forum for problems like this.

Thanks- turned out, I downloaded regular Mixbus instead of 32C. All good now!
