Import files - playback sped up

I have matched up my audio sample rate in the DAW with the rate of the files I'm importing and still they keep auditioning and importing at a higher playback speed. Am I missing another preference function? I'm fairly new to this DAW.

Update: Found it. It was Windows 10. The W10 system kept taking control of my interface and reverting it back to a different sample rate even when I had the "give app exclusive control of device" boxes checked.

Aktualizace: Nalezeno. Byl to Windows 10. Systém W10 stále přebíral kontrolu nad mým rozhraním a vracel jej zpět na jinou vzorkovací frekvenci, i když jsem nechal zatržená políčka „dát aplikaci výhradní kontrolu nad zařízením“.
