Instrument definition files

Hi, I'd like to know where the external hardware synth definition files are located and where I can find the  guidelines to make them myself (I want have the CC assignments displayed for the automation lanes).

Hi Dirk,

You'll find them inside the Mixbus application folder in a subfolder called "patchfiles".

Probably one of the best examples is the MF-104M Analog Delay ... it has the controllers named, as well as their ranges and display-names for settings like "Slow" "Fast"

If you make patchfile for a popular synth, please send it to us and we will include it in Mixbus!

Some manufacturers provide their own patchfiles. If you find a synth that we haven't included yet in Mixbus, feel free to send it to us.
