Mixbus doesn't do anything anymore

Hi guys, I worked on a project quite some time now using mixbus and just wanted to finish it today, but Mixbus does not play any audio anymore and it is quite laggiing. I know my Laptop is not top notch but last time I tried to worke on the song it worked, so I do not understand why it doesn't do anything anymore, I on my side did change nothing. Using mixbus 7 and can't switch to the macbook for two reasons, first mixbus just takes notice of the left chanell of the scarlet 2i2 with my macbook and second some plugins I need will not work on the macbook. Anyone any idea?

okay, plugged USB of my interface to another slot and reinstalled every plugin, activated all again, now it plays. but it is not possible to open addictive drums for editing view. It's actually hard to work with mixbus, when it is behaving this unstable...
