Change Speed of Master

I think this has been asked before.  However, Is there a way to change the speed (not tempo) of the master track or any track for that matter.  I want the pitch to vary with the speed change.  Thanks

You can change it manually using the jog/shuttle control (slider below the main transport controls):

right-click and change the mode from "sprung" to "wheel" for changes to be persistent.

Does that stick when the audio is rendered and played back at a standard sample rate? If it is...that would be cool.

Yes this works but the speed change is in steps. So you can't fine tune it.
