Mixbus 7 and MOTU 424PCIe

I'm running Mixbus 7 with a MOTU PCIe interface card, with a MOTU 2408 and a 24i interfaces attached. I am loading tracks that played back fine using the system's sound card using the Windows mapper. I just installed the PCIe interface card, with the latest drivers I could find. Now when I set up the i/o devices, if I run in ASIO everything works fine, the output for the interfaces shows up in the monitor section, but the playback is sped up, playing back faster and at a higher pitch. If I switch back to MME instead of ASIO, the interfaces no longer show in the monitor section, and it won't play back. Lastly, if I start Mixbus, THEN switch on the interfaces, it will go through the Windows system (I assume) and play back through the interfaces at the correct speed. What am I missing?

I'm running Windows 10, i5-4590 CPU @3.30Ghz, 16 GB of ram.
