Something strange is happening - automation

Hi all,
anybody else has this behaviour and a fix? When I switch from automation "manual" mode to "touch" or "latch", my fader jumps from the position it was automatically to arround -4dB and so changes the active mix a lot. Any idea if it is bug or feature? For me it's not a good workflow, as I use to make my base setup without automation and activate that in the last step to do more fine tuning things..

interesting, when I switch to "write" it is the opposite, it gives it +4,5dB

Do you have a VCA attached to those faders ?

actually not to all where the issue is happening. some yes some not.
