Hello Nathan and Ben,

I wanted to report a crash I'm getting with this version on Windows 10.

Just simply, on a blank session, creating an audio track crashes Mixbus 32C.
It also happens with v9.2.105 on the same system.

I wanted to test v9.0.1 but I couldn't find the installers on the Software download pages.

Best,
Ignacio

Reverting to the previous returned things to normal without issue.  It's a little odd to have problems within these minor upgrade version numbrs so I thought it might be useful to point it out, for the software guys and users.  I HAVE had success with this new version on other Macs with the same version of Monterey, so I suspect this is a particular hardware characteristic of this particular older iMac, but nonetheless unexpected.  This is usually so reliable that I don't test these upgrades, just fire them up.

I'm on monterey 12.6.3 on an M1 laptop and had no problem upgrading 32c 9.2.172.
When I look at your post, Highlighted Bold Letters You are loading a 32 bit program and not a 64 bit program. As far as I know the 86 and the 64 are separate program downloads.  Just Sayin.

When I go to the link is the first post of this thread it says the version is 9.2.105 instead of 9.2.172

How do I download .172?

BTW, I'm completely baffled by the SSL portal instructions. I logged into with my Harrison user/pw but it doesn't show any products under my account. I clicked on add products but it doesn't take my Harrison license key.

Thanks in advance for any help on this

Ummmm... The "x86" indicates an Intel architecture... The "64" indicates 64-bit.
In the past, 32-bit images were just labeled as "x86" with no additional 64 or 32 tags.

Cheers!

Don't log into the SSL store, everything you want can be done via the Harrison Store.

Licenses...
When you log into your user account in the Harrison Store, go to My Account using the red Account icon top right of screen.
From My Account go to My Products / Software Products.

In Software Products you should find a list of all products purchased through the 'new' store (as of @Dec 2023)**
Your license for Mixbus v10 will appear at the bottom of the screen.

To the right of the Serial number are two overlapping squares, click on this icon to copy the text to your clipboard.

** For purchases made prior to @ Dec 23 (Old Store) log into the Harrison Store / Account / My Products / Order History follow the Account History Portal link, enter the email address you used to originally purchase your license. You will get an email with copies of all your text based licenses plus links to download the highest released version of your product

Launch Mixbus the challenge window will open, paste your license into the window.

Hi - I get the same issue - I have requested links to my latest orders via Account History Portal link and the FastSpring site only offers 9.2.105 for download, not 9.2.172.

Nathan kindly sent me the above info Dingo supplied and how to upgrade from v9 to v10 Pro. I've done the install and now running on V10 Pro. It looks great and I've had no issues so far opening my v9 sessions. Looking forward to using all the XT Plugins I didn't have (only had 4 of them)
