I just wrote some mutes on a track and decided to delete the whole automation lane for that track. The mutes are still active for that track!
I even got in write mode and re wrote un-mute all the way through the track. It still mutes where I originally had it muted.
I had to delete the track, and reload it to fix the problem.
Anyone know what can cause this?? Kind of scary!

When you deleted the automation lane, did you use the "Clear" button ?
That is indeed very weird! I've never heard of that problem before!

Clicking X on an automation lane merely opens or closes that lane's display.
The under lying automation is still there and will play if Fader is in Touch Write or Play.
To Delete automation, show that automation lane, use the Range tool to select all break points then click delete.
Or Right Click on the header of that automation lane and click 'clear'.

I did the clear function. I even re wrote the whole track in write "unmute"
I had to remove the track and re import it. WEIRD!
