I cannot get the routing for multi-timbral vst to work. I have four midi tracks that I've managed to route to a vst bus, each track set to a different midi channel where their desired instrument voice is assigned in the vst.
Seems channel one is all that will play. I see deflection of the editor meter for all channels when pressing the track keyboard, but there is not activity detection in the vst.
Can't find anything about the input side of these VSTI in the manual, only the drum instance output discussion.
How to resolve?
