No TapeX here, I guess. Is it a 32c exclusive?

"Mixbus32C has an expanded “TapeX” section, which includes hardware input meters. Those features are only available in Mixbus32C"

I haven't received an email for v7.0 upgrade yet, where can I order the upgrade package for existing users?
