Not seeing AVA plugins in Mixbus

I have Mixbus v5.3.4 & Mixbus 32c 6.0.251.

I just installed AVA Spectral Compressor. I have AVA Mastering EQ from an offer last October (2019). But I never see them in my plugin manager (unless it's not labelled AVA?). I've made sure that the VST path is correct. Made sure the *.so files are there and permissions are ok ( root -rwxr-xr-x ). Made sure VSTs are scanned on application start. Cleared and rescanned manually. Still no joy.

Now, in the error log, I've noticed the following (this is an excerpt):

That is weird. Only thing I see different from my own setup is, mine are installed under /usr/lib64/vst.

It has helped me to add something to the VST path and click "yes" for rescan - magically that worked where a normal rescan didn't. This happened only one or two times though.
