Ignore Filters when searching

Thanks, that is obvious now, but was not intuitive at all.
That solves it thanks.
What confuses me is that the little indicators at these options lights and dims for opposite reasons I expect.
If they are blue I would expect affirmative, but it is actually the negative of the option, while black (off) is when it is selected.
That is completely counter intuitive as I would think a lighted indicator meant what the button text actually says .. in the affirmative.
Its the opposite ! and therefore a bug.

I have large amounts of hidden plugins.
If I select show hidden only and search for plugins, search doesnt work.

If you select show hidden and turn the 'Ignore Filters when Searching' off (no blue led), you can search within the hidden folder.
The logic might be a bit fuzzy, so I have drawn Ben's attention to this.
