The version of JACK that comes with Mixbus 2.5 will not install on 10.10 Yosemite or newer.
To install JACK on a new 10.10 or newer system, please use this link:

It's the same program, but the installer has been fixed to work on 10.10.
If you already have JACK installed when you update to 10.10, it will continue working just fine.
(NOTE: updated to reflect the new "b3" release which works up to 10.12)
