Allow ASIO function W/O External Interface

Allow ASIO or WASAPI to access the internal sound processor (efficiently) without an external interface.

Sometimes I like to work on projects from my laptop where its not feasible to setup an audio interface. My former DAW - SONAR - allowed me to hear and use MIDI controlled sounds and monitor them from the normal headphone jack of the laptop. When I use ASIO it only allows selection of my NON-Present interface. With MME or WASAPI it just crackles and is unusable.

MME is provided to work with your internal soundcard. If it crackles, you might try increasing the buffersize.

Otherwise, it should work. Do you get the crackles even with a new, empty session?
