Hello,
I complained about plugins missing. It was my own fault: I still use OS X 10.6., and some of my plugins are quite old and in 32 bit-format. Mixbus 3 even crashed when I tried to use Native Instruments Komplete. I installed the 32 bit Version, now everything works fine!
