Processor List on Mixbus Disappeared

Just upgraded on V10.
The Processor list is now only available on single track, not on mixbus or final bus. 
I know you guys have them all, but I don't know how to make them appear. I also installed the V10 on my windows system, the bus processors don't show up either.
Please help.

Fixed.
The display resolution must be >= 1920*1080 and the mixer scale must be <= 110%.
