I transferred a whole project onto an external disk to be used with a mobile laptop in a different location...
There I snaphot and saved.
Now
opening this project in the studio with the studio mac from the external disk,
somehow Mixbus can't find audiofiles, and when I locate - in the missing dialog - to the folder where the files live
still Mixbus doesn't find the missing files
???
How can the missing files dialog be solved ?
somewhat urgent...
TIA for help
and best regards
Klaus

I have just re-tested this in 32C 9.2.172 and moved session from one drive to another.
I then used 'Click to open an existing session' and the session opened fine finding all associated media.
Did you by any chance rename the folder that you moved to an external drive ?

...no renaming...
I had to remove unused sources / playlists
I think I removed unused 16bit files outside of Mixbus manually...before
Thanks anyways

There is an option under cleanup/ "bring all media into session folder" that I use regulary in order to avoid missing files when importing audio.
I'm not sure about the circumstances needed in order to having the files in the project folder without this action and would appreciate if someone could shed light on this.
