Some VST3s (Relab) report as a 1/2 not 2/2 plugin
#1
Hi, noticed when using Relab LX480. The VST3 plugin reports as only having a mono input option. When put on a mixbus therefore it only works as a left in and stereo out.

Ardour reported a fix for this in Mantis 0008549.

Is this a fix that's likely to percolate through to MB/MB32c?  (Currently using v9.2.105)

... or am I barking up the wrong tree here!

Thx

Yes there is a known issue with Relab VST3.
Note that the issue is not found in VST2 version (Preferences / Plugins / VST - uncheck hide VST2 if...)
I am sure the fix will be implemented if Ardour has done so already.

I can confirm that this has NOT been fixed with Relab VST3 as of Ardour 8.1

Yup, just checked myself - the VST3 doesn't work in Ardour 8.1 either it seems.
