Even if you back-up your 9.0 colours file and then copy it to 9.1 after the up-grade it still doesn't recognise it.

Hmm....

I think the trick is to modify the 9.1 color scheme first so that it'll know to look for a custom color file. Leastways I overwrite the resulting file with mine and have my Classic 23rd Century Technology look again...

And they fixed the rounded-rectangle rendering glitch I was on the verge of reporting, too!

Here you go, although it's a work in progress (working on the ColorAlias statements, I applied magenta to make the unknowns more obvious, and some of them are still lurking; look for "xeno:magenta").

Hi all, I've never bothered with changing the colours but I love that SSL look!

Can someone tell me how to import a colour scheme? I went to preferences and can see how to edit the colours, but not how to export or import the scheme.

@Scardanelli -

No need to "import", per se.
For Windows & MB version 9.0
    Folder - C:\Users\Patrick\AppData\Local\Mixbus9
    File Name - my-dark-mixbus32c-9.0.colors

Simply move the current version of the file out of the way and copy in the new file.
Then restart Mixbus

Cheers!

I second the request to get a copy of the color scheme displayed in post #15 above.

I also find it interesting that Ardour offers a theme switcher, but Harrison has evidently chosen not to transfer that functionality through.  I can appreciate the need for branding, but I can also counter on accessibility grounds, let alone pure convenience.

Still, great product!
