Mute and bus

Hello all,

I am unable to mute a track that goes to mixbuses 1-8. It continues to sound though muted at the channel level. Mixbus 7 I believe.

Right click on the Mute button in question and check the options for Mute.

Pre Fader is normally unchecked, but make sure the other three modes are checked.

Thank you for the reply. I did that and saw pre post and output checked. When changing the selections audio was still flowing with mute engaged.

OK... do you have a solo on somewhere ?
If so check the Monitor Strip and make sure 'Solo>>Mute' is not on, this will override Mutes when soloing.

Deleted the track and made another with the same params. Problem solved. Still very odd behavior. I saved a copy of the session to try and figure it out.
