Another 32

This console is being called a Harrison Consoles "Alive" 32, by the seller. The seller states that only 15 of these consoles were made. Circa 1979. It would be interesting to know if that could be verified.

Hi Theotherguy,
The "32" is referring to the number of channels. It's a clever play on words with pitching the console but this is not a "32 Series" console. Some of the circuits would be similar as it was made in the same time period, but for example it has only a 3 band EQ and no LPF and the busing and routing are completely different as it was made for live sound such as it was in the late 70's very early 80's. There may have only been 15 made I can not verify that any more but it sounds accurate. That console was a precursor to the HM/SM 5 consoles which we made a lot of for Clair and Showco in the early 80's (3 of which were used at Live Aid in 85'). For reference I've been here at Harrison since 1984 (37 years yikes!) and I have never seen an Alive console in person.
Hope this helps.

Gary, Thank You so much for the answers to my questions, From the pictures it did not look like a 32C. I did think that the ALIVE reference might mean that this was an FOH console. Also, there is a road case included. Makes sense. 37 years, you sir, are what is called "A Lifer". Congratulations for that milestone.
Thanks Again
Alex
