To speed up my workflow, I kind of would like to ask you if you have a shortcut for Grid and no grid switch. i'm using the mouse still good though but it will save me time if there is one on my keyboard.

"Edit -> Editing Modes -> Snap Mode -> Next Snap Mode" is assigned to "2" here. You could of course change that or even assign shortcuts to the snap modes directly.
